Tier 1 Entrepreneur, Scotland

Get in touch

Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visas are not available to new applicants, after the programme was closed in March 2019.

However, it has been replaced by two visa programmes, Innovator Visas and Start-up Visas.

If you already hold an Entrepreneur Visa, you can still renew this or use this as part of an application for indefinite leave to remain.

Our Tier 1 Entrepreneur solicitors will be able to help you process any visa extensions, or advise on which visa programme is right for you.

Contact Jones Whyte immigration lawyers to discuss your situation today.
