Katie Morgan

Katie is a solicitor within our immigration department having joined the firm in January 2019. Katie studied for joint honours in History and Journalism Studies prior to studying law, graduating with distinction. Katie thereafter completed her Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow.

Katie has solely worked in the Immigration, Asylum and Human Rights sector where she has gained valuable experience. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Katie worked for busy immigration firms in Glasgow.

Katie enjoys all aspects of Asylum, Human Rights and Immigration law but has a keen interest in assisting vulnerable women and children and in particular, gender-based violence and Female Genital Mutilation (FGM). Katie currently deals with complex Asylum and Immigration cases in both the First-tier and Upper Tribunals.
