Nadia is a Solicitor within the Immigration team. She has extensive expertise in asylum claims and immigration cases. She represents clients at tribunal stage. 

Nadia specialises in immigration applications which help keep families together, such as spouse visas and child applications. She also has vast experience in cases which involve domestic violence and the added protections that can be afforded for clients. 

The Immigration team are in regular dialogue with the Home Office and are committed to keeping clients up to date with every step of the process. 

Nadia has also worked in criminal defence, family law, guardianship orders and power of attorney arrangements. Nadia also has experience drawing up wills, including Islamic wills. 

She is a supervising solicitor to the law clinic at the University of Edinburgh, meaning she helps guide students through interactions with clients.
