Fixed Fee Grant of Confirmation/Grant of Probate Service

From £1500 excluding VAT and outlays. This service includes:

Identifying executors of administrators.
Getting a copy of the last will to make sure instructions are followed.
Applying for the grant of confirmation/grant of probate.
Completing inheritance tax forms on your behalf.
Submitting confirmation/probate application on your behalf.
Sending you copies of the grant once everything is complete for you to issue to necessary organisations.

Costs

Our legal costs for probate cases are assessed by an independent auditor to ensure accurate costing and transparency.

Example

Mr. Anderson left a Will appointing Mr. Smith as his sole executor and beneficiary. He did not own any property, had 2 bank accounts which came to a total of £80,000, 3 shareholdings that had a combined value of £50,000 which was a managed portfolio, and received 2 private pensions that were held in discretionary fund.
