Christian Ee

Christian is a Senior Solicitor within our Bereavement team. He helps families with winding up estates and selling any property.  Christian is experienced in helping clients through an extremely difficult time with clarity, compassion and professionalism. 

Christian is an expert in the English probate system and has a vast knowledge of the legal steps which need to be completed on the passing of a loved one. He takes clients through the process; dealing with wills, administering estates and inheritance tax. 

He has a specialised experience of high-value estates, upwards of one million pounds in value. He also works on estates where the deceased lived abroad and had assets in the UK. Christian also has expertise in dealing with highly complex estates, where there may be contentious circumstances. 

Christian is a key part of the successful team which led to Jones Whyte winning both the Scottish Legal Awards and Law Awards of Scotland ‘Firm of the Year’ in 2021.
