Stephanie is a Partner who heads up the Bereavement team. She has more than 15 years of experience working in all aspects of Estate Planning and is one of the leading figures in her field in the UK.

Stephanie has vast experience in all of the legal matters that need to be handled when someone passes away. She works with loved ones to manage wills, deal with property, and settle tax liabilities—helping clients through an extremely difficult time with clarity, compassion, and professionalism.

She has helped hundreds of clients reach successful outcomes where disputes or contentious issues have arisen. She specializes in will, trust, and legal rights disputes.

Stephanie is well-respected in her field and has hosted worldwide seminars for the National Wills Register, briefing solicitors from across the profession in her expertise.

Stephanie is also dual-qualified as an English and Welsh solicitor, allowing her to work for clients across Scotland, England, and Wales.

She is a key part of the successful team that led to Jones Whyte winning both the Scottish Legal Awards and Law Awards of Scotland ‘Firm of the Year’ in 2021 and to its continuing success as one of Scotland’s fastest-growing law firms.

Stephanie has recently become appointed a Trustee of Re-engage, a national charity focused on tackling loneliness and social isolation among people aged 75+. Through this role, she supports the charity’s strategic direction and is passionate about contributing to initiatives that strengthen community connections and improve wellbeing for older people across the UK.
