Stephanie is a Partner at Jones Whyte and has over 12 years of experience in all aspects of Private Client work including Executry, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Wills, Trusts, Asset Protection and Inheritance Tax Planning.

Leading our Bereavement department – one of the largest teams at Jones Whyte – Stephanie is also dual-qualified and can therefore provide advice to clients in both Scotland and England.

Having practiced in this area of law for over 12 years Stephanie has helped hundreds of clients reach successful outcomes where disputes or contentious issues have been at hand. With a speciality in will, trust and legal rights disputes, Stephanie can advise expertly on the full range of succession issues.
