Tracey Chambers

Tracey is the Client Services Team Leader at Jones Whyte. Tracey and her team are the first port of call for anyone contacting the firm. 

 Client Services team members are trained to deliver the best possible customer service. They are also highly experienced in the initial stages of claims handling, making sure individuals get the right advice and are progressed quickly to the next steps. 

 Tracey has worked in client services during a period of high growth at Jones Whyte. The team has increased tenfold in the past five years. 

 She is a a key part of the successful team which led to Jones Whyte winning both the Scottish Legal Awards and Law Awards of Scotland ‘Firm of the Year’ in 2021 and to its continuing success as one of Scotland’s fastest growing law firms.
