Tracey joined Jones Whyte in 2019 from a retail background, seeking a change in her career path. Upon joining, Tracey took on the role of Receptionist. After spending a year in this position, she transitioned to the PI Department, taking on the responsibilities for the Client Services side of the firm. From there she trained in all things non PI. Tracey has recently been promoted to Team Leader of the Client Service Team in January 2023 for all Non PI departments including Family, Dispute Resolution, Immigration, and private client.

The Client Services Department manages all new business coming into Jones Whyte. Tracey’s team handles the initial calls both inbound and outbound obtaining details, assessing the lead, quoting the fee for work, taking payment, and sending out TOB right through the handover to the solicitor.

“The most rewarding part of the role in what can often be a distressing time is being able to reassure our clients we are able to help and can get them speaking to a solicitor within the next 24-48 hours.”
