Steven McTaggart

Steven has spent the majority of his career working in personal injury litigation, having qualified as a solicitor in 2019, with a particular focus on road traffic accidents. Whilst training as a solicitor, he had the opportunity to work in employment law, as well as with a team representing those who were infected and affected in the Infected Blood Inquiry.

He has had experience dealing with a multitude of different types of road traffic accidents, ranging from car-on-car, to accidents involving pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists. In addition to this he has represented clients who have been injured at work, as well as accidents where there is a public liability element. Steven also has experience of working on behalf of defenders in personal injury litigation, affording him some knowledge of their tactics and the internal processes involved on the other side.
