Sarah Harper

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Sarah studied her undergraduate law degree at Aberdeen University before moving home to Glasgow to do her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at Glasgow University. Sarah was always interested in Private Client work, and has worked in that area of law since she completed University, firstly as a legal assistant, then trainee solicitor and now fully qualified solicitor. Sarah also has a background in both residential and commercial conveyancing. She now works in the Executry Team of our Bereavement department specialising in Scottish estates, and also helping the Estate Planning department take Will instructions. Sarah really enjoys working in the Executry Team as she finds this area of law very interesting and there is always something new with every matter. Executries may not be the first area of law that people think of when they think of helping people but Sarah finds guiding clients through what is usually a very difficult time for them very rewarding.
