Nick Hay

Leading our large Conveyancing department, Nick is a hugely experienced Lawyer with superb communication skills and a client-focussed approach.

Nick has a keen interest in property law and also assists the firm’s Dispute Resolution team with cases that involve property law aspects such as boundary disputes.

Nick has assisted in acquisition and financing of several sites for established hospitality clients, as well as acting for international retail clients in securing leases of prime city-centre units.

Several clients have been assisted by Nick and his team where complex corrective conveyancing projects are required across multiple titles, including the reorganisation of several titles for a converted multi-unit investment property.

Nick understands the emotive nature of residential conveyancing and expertly guides his team in balancing our clients’ need for high-quality communication, speed of delivery and attention to detail.
