Niamh Woodward

Niamh went to study at the University of Glasgow straight from school. There she completed both an LLB Honours degree and a Diploma in Legal Practice. In August 2019, Niamh initially joined Jones Whyte for a week’s work experience. Subsequently, in 2021, she returned to the firm as a Legal Assistant in 2021, when she was then offered a Traineeship.

During her traineeship, Niamh completed her first year in the Bereavement section of the Private Client team, mainly dealing with Trust administration work. She is now doing her second year of the Diploma in the Dispute Resolution team. In this role she will be doing everything from neighbour disputes to executory disputes.

“I enjoy working directly with clients and being able to offer them help and support through some of the most difficult times in their life. I also really enjoy problem solving and being able to deal with something different pretty much every day!”
