Mollie Chittock

Mollie is a Case Handler within the Personal Injury team. She specialises in noise-induced hearing loss claims, assisting clients who have been affected by hearing loss & tinnitus due to noisy working environments. Mollie handles client precognition’s intimating claims, instructing medical & engineer reports, and preparing claims for court.

Mollie joined in 2022, undertaking an Apprenticeship in Business and Administration, which she completed in October 2023.

Prior to her current role, Mollie worked in the Trust Management department as a member of the Administration team. Mollie provided support to case handlers by managing mail and other administrative tasks, including HMRC registrations and the signing of important legal documents.

Reflecting on her work, Mollie stated, “My biggest success at work has been helping clients receive the compensation they deserve and building strong relationships with them throughout the duration of their claim.”
