Mollie Chittock

Mollie is a Paralegal within the Personal Injury team. She specialises in noise-induced hearing loss claims, assisting clients who have been affected by hearing loss & tinnitus due to noisy working environments. Mollie handles pre-litigation as-well as cases in court in the all sheriff-personal injury court.

Mollie’s role is to prepare cases from the start in the pre-ltigation stages and taking them to settlement in court from taking client statements and preparing documents for court. Mollie also has experience with restorining companies to the companies register and processing these through the Court of Session.

Mollie joined in 2022, undertaking an Apprenticeship in Business and Administration, which she completed in October 2023.

Reflecting on her work, Mollie stated, “My biggest success at work has been helping clients receive the compensation they deserve and building strong relationships with them throughout the duration of their claim.”
