Kirsty Macpherson

Kirsty is the Head of Finance at Jones Whyte. She oversees the financial activities of the firm, ensuring its profitability and maximum delivery for clients. 

Kirsty is involved in strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting to support business objectives. She works with all departments to meet targets, provide financial insights and offer guidance for decision-making.  

She also manages financial reporting, compliance and financial risk. Kirsty also manages the finance team to ensure accurate and timely accounting practices. 

She has 14 years experience working in-house for a variety of businesses including a high-end jeweller and a hotel chain. 

Kirsty is a key part of the successful team which led to Jones Whyte winning both the Scottish Legal Awards and Law Awards of Scotland ‘Firm of the Year’ in 2021 and to its continuing success as one of Scotland’s fastest growing law firms.
