Having previous roles within finance and operations, as well as achieving an Honours degree in Business Studies at The Open University, there was a lot to bring to the table at Jones Whyte. Since joining the firm in 2018, the role has changed significantly due to the rapid but controlled growth of the firm. Previously overseeing the day-to-day business operations, as the firm and finance function has grown, there was a need for a more specialised role to help drive financial efficiencies.

Focusing on the smooth running of the finance functions to ensure they work well for staff and clients alike. Running multiple process improvement projects to drive value, increase revenue, automate processes as well as provide an enhanced service.
