AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Daniel works remotely as a Client Care Assistant for the Litigation department at Jones Whyte. His primary responsibility is to follow up on mandates, obtain medical records from general practitioners or hospitals of the clients. Additionally, he is responsible in identifying new personal injury cases related to road traffic accidents and lost-of-earning claims. Daniel often covers shifts during his team members’ out-of-hours, enabling him to contact people who were unavailable during regular working hours.
