Charlotte Knox

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Charlotte went to university in Northern Ireland where she obtained a Bachelors in English and a Masters in Law. Initially, she worked in a firm in Larne as a Legal Secretary, dealing with Northern Irish Conveyancing and Probate. Charlotte has since moved to Glasgow and is very happy to have joined our Bereavement team at Jones Whyte.

In her current role, she specialises in English Probate matters, helping our clients through difficult times where a loved one has been lost and the process in dealing with their estate thereafter. Charlottes role involves liaising with the executors of the estate, drafting applications for Grant of Probate, ingathering estates, and distributing to beneficiaries.
