Caitlyn Nutt

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Caitlyn has been working in the Legal Sector since 2017, initially starting with an apprenticeship in Business Administration and working as a Legal Secretary within a small high street firm in Ayr. In June 2021, she started her Paralegal course with Central Law Scotland while working full-time. Caitlyn successfully passed her exam in December 2022, only three months after starting her role at Jones Whyte. In February 2023, Caitlyn commenced her traineeship with the Law Society of Scotland to become an Accredited Paralegal.

Caitlyn loves working within the Bereavement department as she is able to support families going through really challenging times and strives to make the whole process as smooth as possible. Caitlyn thoroughly enjoys meeting clients and building relationships with them. It is particularly rewarding for Caitlyn being able to bring the administration to a smooth conclusion allowing the family to find closure after losing their loved one.

“When I’m not working, you’ll find me running the streets training for a marathon which I am preparing for to raise awareness and funds for mental health and wellbeing – something I am very passionate about.”
