AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1. Trust registrations, updates, and closures
2. Mandating files to new solicitors and or returning documents to client’s
3. Dealing with the signing of DOAR’s and TR1’s
4. New Mandate allocations

 

Caitlin initially worked exclusively in the Mandates team until May of 2023. Now, her responsibilities include handling Trust registration, mandates, and allocating new mandates out to colleagues. Caitlin enjoys the diverse range of tasks she does, ensuring client are happy and up-to-date with whatever process they have engaged with Jones Whyte for.
