Blaine Rutherford

Blaine is a Solicitor within the Estate Planning team and is experienced in helping clients plan for the future and protect their assets for themselves and their families. 

He works with clients to set up wills, power of attorney arrangements and trusts. Blaine deals with individuals and families who are motivated to get their affairs in order for a variety of different reasons, which can often be because of difficult personal circumstances. He is expert at advising clients on the right steps to take and guiding them through the process with clarity. 

Blaine has also worked in Conveyancing, helping clients buy and sell homes, and in Bereavement, dealing with winding up estates. Both areas inform his current work and help him negotiate complex issues with clients who require expertise in these areas.
