Adam is a Solicitor within the Dispute Resolution team. He has significant experience in landlord and tenant disputes and debt recovery. 

Adam has a track record of securing good outcomes for clients while also supporting them through some of the more challenging personal or professional periods of their lives. He has worked on complex and varied cases involving Scots and English law, including property disputes, consumer issues and contract disputes. 

Before joining Jones Whyte, Adam worked for more than a decade within a local authority, advising and acting for them in areas including social work, social housing and antisocial behaviour. He has vast experience in public law, making him an excellent asset to clients in dispute with a public body.
