Erin Robertson

Erin is a Paralegal within the Personal Injury team. She is responsible for assisting clients through the process of their road traffic accident claim. She requires to take detailed statements from clients to establish the relevant heads of claim and assess prospects of success. Erin is responsible for communicating directly with clients, insurance companies, and sources of business in order to obtain information and provide regular updates on the progress of the claim.

Thereafter, Erin instructs relevant reports and gathers evidence to support the claim, with a view to settlement being reached.
