Victoria studied Scots and English Law at the University of Strathclyde for 4 years and received a dual qualifying Scots and English Law Honours Degree. She then undertook the Diploma at the University of Strathclyde. Throughout her time at University, Victoria worked as a receptionist within a small law firm in Glasgow which provided her with valuable insight and experience in putting the law that she was studying into practice.
During the initial year and a half of her traineeship Victoria worked in the Trust Management team within the Private Client department at Jones Whyte. She often dealt with a range of cases particularly dealing with a Trust when a client entered into residential care. In November 2022, Victoria joined the Personal Injury team. The types of cases she typically works on are accidents at work, road traffic accidents and accidents in public and private places. Victoria qualified as a Solicitor in March 2023 and has remained within the Personal Injury team since.
“The most rewarding part of my role is helping clients and supporting them through the process of their claims. I am excited to develop my experience and knowledge within the Personal Injury team.”
