Stephanie Onweni

Stephanie is a Solicitor and Notary Public in the Immigration team at Jones Whyte. She has extensive expertise in immigration, asylum claims and human rights cases, representing clients at the tribunal stage.

Stephanie joined Jones Whyte in March 2024, and despite her recent arrival, has already contributed to several cases, including one of repute that was recently decided in October 2024. A case that had been appealed and failed over the last 11 years. Stephanie worked hard with the Immigration team to secure a positive outcome for her client after 11 years.

Stephanie is enthusiastic, compassionate and welcoming to her clients. Seeking positive outcomes for all her client.

In addition to her role at Jones Whyte, she volunteers as a Board Member at Datakirk Scotland, an innovative AI and Data analysis charity.
