Sean graduated from Strathclyde University with a BA (Hons) in Marketing in 2015 before taking up a graduate marketing position in the logistics industry.
Sean joined Jones Whyte in July 2019 to take up the role of Marketing Executive, tasked with bringing our marketing activities in-house after years of working with agencies, redeveloping the brand and delivering a new website. Today Sean is responsible for a small, expert team, tasked with:
- Devising & implementing the firms marketing plan
- Managing the firm’s social media presence
- The design & production of all marketing materials
- Identifying and maintaining sponsorship & partnership opportunities
- Managing the customer review process
- PR
- Brand management & development
- Collecting & reporting on MI
- Award entries
- Internal communications
“The most rewarding part of my role has to be witnessing the design process in action, going from that very first idea or sketch right the way through to seeing the finished result in the flesh, it’s an incredibly satisfying process to be involved in and one I never grow tired of.”
Away from the office, I spend most of my free time on the golf course or picking the ball out the back of the net at 5-a-side football.
