Samantha joined Jones Whyte in 2021 in our Private Client department and is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal. Samantha specialises in Trust administration matters across Scotland and England both during and after a lifetime, providing guidance and support to clients throughout every stage of the process. Her experience allows her to assist families with the legal and practical matters that arise following the loss of a loved one.
