Ross Jones

Ross has over 10 years of experience in the Commercial Property and Construction sector, has expertise in dealing with high-value acquisition/disposal transactions, industrial, office, and retail leasing transactions as well as advising developers, contractors, and corporate funders on a range of development and company issues.

Ross regularly advises regional developers, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth investor clients. He also runs our successful new build team which deals solely with customers from various national housebuilders on various housing developments throughout the UK.

As well as being a practicing solicitor in Scotland, Ross has passed the notoriously difficult New York Bar Exam in 2011, a prerequisite for all NY Attorneys.
