Ross Anderson

With a particular experience in the area of Trust law, Ross Anderson is a Partner and Head of our Estate Planning and Trust Management departments.

Ross has spent the majority of his career specialising in all aspects of Private Client legal services including Powers of Attorney, Wills, Trusts, Asset Protection and Inheritance Tax Planning. Ross has a natural enthusiasm for the subject matter and applies his extensive knowledge and experience with a genuine interest and motivation to assist individuals who are concerned about financial and legal planning for the future.

The work Ross deals with can be emotionally challenging for our clients, particularly if there are elderly or vulnerable people involved. As a result, Ross ensures that the experience and service we provide is designed to be personal, clear and hassle-free.

Being dual-qualified, Ross is able to advise our clients in both English, Welsh and Scottish jurisdictions. This cross-border expertise is particularly important for our clients who have property, assets or estates across both countries.
