Roisin Eleanor Gunn

Roisin qualified as a Solicitor in April 2021 having completed her traineeship at a UK-wide law firm, and having previously undertaken her undergraduate degree and Diploma at the University of Glasgow. She joined Jones Whyte shortly thereafter and was appointed to a Team Leader role in January 2022. She works in our specialist Trust Management team, advising individuals and families on a wide range of private client matters, including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorneys and Trusts, with a particular focus on the ongoing administration of Lifetime Discretionary Trusts.

Roisin also specialises in advising clients on options to mitigate care home costs and navigating the admissions and funding process for full-time residential care.
