Robyn Neely

Robyn is a member of our Client Service team for Personal Injury, specialising in road traffic accidents. For clients who have experienced a personal injury, Robyn and her team provide the first point of contact with the firm. She plays an essential role in ensuring that clients receive excellent customer service from the very beginning.

Robyn is also responsible for generating a Pre-Action Protocol form and submitting it to third-party insurers to start the claim process in line with the Compulsory Pre-Action Protocol. Throughout the process, she ensures that all sources of business are kept up to date.

Robyn provides reassurance to clients who have suffered a personal injury and finds its extremely rewarding to know she has been able to ease part of the process.
