Rebecca Devine

Rebecca qualified as a Solicitor in December 2020 after completing her LLB Bachelors of Law degree at Glasgow Caledonian University, and her Diploma at Glasgow University. Throughout her legal career, Rebecca has worked primarily within our bereavement team, dealing with estate administrations, executries (Probate) in Scotland and England, Deeds of Variation and the administration of Trusts. Rebecca has also had experience with advising clients on Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Rebecca currently supervises a subsection of our bereavement team, who deal with Trust administration on death.

Rebecca is currently in the process of completing her STEP exams to become a Trusts and Estates Practitioner.
