Rachel Fraser

Rachel has worked in a legal and property environment for over 18 years. For the majority of this time she has been a sales negotiator at a busy solicitor’s estate agency.

Over the past 2 years, Rachel has moved from a few different departments within Jones Whyte and is currently part of the Estate Planning team. She is enjoying the challenge of expanding her knowledge and expertise in this area. Rachel’s main duties centre on video appointments with clients to take their Will and Power of Attorney Instructions.

Rachel is extremely customer driven and always provides excellent customer service. She understands how important Estate Planning matters are and will always treat our clients with the professionalism, respect and empathy that they deserve. She feels it is essential to maintain a high level of customer focus at all times.

She enjoys working with clients and being able to offer the appropriate advice to them.

Career Highlights 

Rachel has changed from a 16 year estate agency role to becoming involved in different aspects of a hugely successful Solicitor firm. Moving into the Estate Planning team has been a particular highlight for her as she enjoys the client interaction and feels a sense of accomplishment when dealing with the clients.
