Paula Nolan

Paula is a Paralegal within the Pre-Litigation Department. She started with the firm in 2020.  Paula has over 16 years of experience in handling and pursuing personal injury and uninsured loss claims, predominantly arising from road traffic accidents.  Paula also has experience in dealing with and assessing credit hire claims.  On a daily basis, Paula provides advice to clients and sources of business with regard to the prospects of their cases and how to achieve the best settlement for them.  She liaises with insurers, solicitors and sources of business.  Paula has a wealth of experience in investigating claims and regularly instructs medical reports, and consistency reports and investigates the loss of earnings claims.  Paula is responsible for ingathering all relevant evidence and thereafter submitting a valuation to the third-party insurer or solicitor.   Paula assists junior members of the team with how to pursue and manage a claim from start to finish.  In the event a claim is incapable of settlement, Paula will prepare the file for litigation before passing it to a Solicitor within our Litigation team.
