Oonagh McBeth

Oonagh joined Jones Whyte in July as a Client Services Advisor specialising in personal injury claims, supporting individuals through their enquiries. She handles a wide range of claim enquiries, including accidents at work or abroad, public and occupier liability matters, medical negligence, and CICA claims.

As the first point of contact for some clients, every enquiry must be met with attention to detail, empathy, and professionalism. Once she discusses a claim enquiry with a client, she passes all the information gathered to our solicitors, who evaluate the claim and advise on whether Jones Whyte is able to assist the client with their claim or if we can offer an alternative route to the client so that they can get the assistance they need.

A key part of this role is keeping the clients and any claim sources up to date with the progress of enquiries and providing options for the involved individuals.
