Nicole O’Donnell

Nicole is a Legal Assistant within the Personal Injury team, specialising in road traffic accident claims and personal injury cases. She assists individuals who have suffered injury or loss as a result of road traffic accidents. Nicole is a clients’ first point of contact; she takes detailed statements, drafts Pre-Action Protocol forms, and submits them to third-party insurers to start the process in line with the Compulsory Pre-Action Protocol.

Thereafter, Nicole instructs the relevant reports and gathers evidence in order to support the claim. She is also responsible for reviewing files, accessing prospects, and communicating with clients throughout the claim process.
