Nicola is a Partner and an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law, who heads up our Fatal and Serious Injury Team. Widely respected in her feld, she has been recognised as one of the top three personal injury solicitors in Glasgow. She specialises in cases where life-changing injuries have been Nicola regularly instructs counsel at the Court of Session and appears at the Personal Injury and Sheriff courts. Nicola is a Notary Public, which means she has the ability to take sworn statements, and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Trauma-Informed Lawyer.
She is a key part of the successful team which led to Jones Whyte winning both the Scottish Legal Awards and Law Awards of Scotland ‘Firm of the Year’ in 2021 and to its continuing success as one of Scotland’s fastest growing law firms.
