Niamh Finnigan

Niamh is a solicitor within the Dispute Resolution department. She studied at the University of Strathclyde and graduated in 2022 with a Scots and English Law degree.

Niamh advises clients on a wide range of contentious matters, including executry disputes, consumer disputes, property disputes, defamation and debt recovery actions. Before moving into Dispute Resolution in 2024, Niamh spent three years in the Private Client team, where she gained extensive experience in estate planning, trust management and executry matters. She was involved in administering estates, winding up trusts, and drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney.
