Neil Robertson

Neil is an Associate Solicitor within the Conveyancing team. He works with clients to help them buy and sell properties, with remortgaging and discharge of mortgages.

He has worked extensively with first-time buyers and with those selling the property of a deceased loved one. He is experienced in helping clients through what can seem like a daunting process, advising them through each step with clarity and professionalism.

The Property team works on a ‘milestone’ system, which means they keep clients up to date with every small step of the process of buying or selling a property until the end goal is achieved. This has built strong and trusted relationships with clients, who are kept informed and advised along the way of any possible problems and their solutions.

Neil is a key part of the successful team that led to Jones Whyte winning both the Scottish Legal Awards and Law Awards of Scotland ‘Firm of the Year’ in 2021 and to its continuing success as one of Scotland’s fastest-growing law firms.
