Michael is a Partner within our Personal Injury team. He specialises in road, cycling, and pedestrian claims, with a focus on winning maximum compensation for clients while ensuring the process remains compassionate, simple, and straightforward.
Michael has extensive experience in high-value and contentious cases involving fatal and serious injuries. He has successfully secured compensation for clients who have suffered brain injuries, amputations, spinal injuries, and crush injuries, as well as for the families of those involved in fatal accidents.
He regularly appears at the Sheriff Court, the Personal Injury Court, and has been involved in cases at the Court of Session. Notably, Michael represented one of the victims at the Glasgow Bin Lorry Inquiry.
