Matthew is an Associate Solicitor within the Dispute Resolution Team at Jones Whyte. He specialises in debt recovery and insolvency and has helped to recover multi-million pounds settlements for clients. 

Matthew works for individuals and businesses, helping retrieve what is owed to them and securing justice. He has experience in complex cases, which can involve high-value assets, and in acting for clients who are owed a debt or have been left stranded by someone who hasn’t delivered an adequate service. 

He deals with a wide variety of cases in Sheriff Court and Court of Session. Matthew is also experienced at helping to achieve results for clients without the need to go to court, through mediation and negotiation.
