Louise Kelly

Louise Kelly is a Trainee Solicitor in the Personal Injury department at Jones Whyte. She is currently undertaking her traineeship within the Road, Pedestrian, and Cycling Injury team. Her day-to-day role involves raising court actions for personal injury claims. This includes taking precognitions, drafting court documents, engaging in negotiations, and supporting clients through the litigation process.

Louise graduated with First-Class Honours in Scots Law with Spanish and with distinction in the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Dundee. She is fluent in Spanish, having studied law at the Universidad de Burgos and having sat law exams in Spanish.
