1. Working with the Sales and Marketing Director to develop, manage and deliver the firms marketing plan.
2. Brand guardianship, ensuring tone of voice, brand assets and materials are fit for purpose and showcase the ethos of Jones Whyte.
3. Managing the client journey, ensuring clients receive the best possible service at all times.
4. Manage, develop and support the marketing team, helping both them and Jones Whyte, achieve their goals.
Katie has over a decade of experience in marketing, primarily in financial and legal services having previously worked for one of the UK’s largest funeral plan providers and a well-known Scottish law firm. She has experience in working in diverse and fast changing environments which have demanded consistent performance. Katie’s experience includes developing and delivering strategic marketing campaigns to meet the goals of the business. Campaigns have covered the full marketing mix including leaflet drops, direct mail, national TV campaigns, PPC and social campaigns. Katie says the most rewarding part of her role is to see campaign ideas come to life when customers respond and the firm help to fulfil a service the customer required.
