Kathleen joined Jones Whyte in March 2026 as a Client Services Advisor within the Personal Injury team. Kathleen supports clients in our Road, Pedestrian and Cycling Injury department, guiding them with compassion from their first call through to handover. A background in education and linguistics gives Kathleen a natural ability to balance professionalism with warmth, helping anxious clients feel at ease.
Kathleen has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of KwaZulu Natal.
