Kate graduated with a 2:1 LLB (Hons) Bachelors of Laws at the beginning of July 2023 and is looking forward to studying the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice as well as her traineeship with Jones Whyte beginning in June 2024.
She began working with Jones Whyte in June 2022 following her third year of studying law at university. Kate was placed in the busy Estate Planning department for a summer placement, which allowed her to gain experience and knowledge of an area she knew very little about. Following Kate’s six week summer placement, she was offered a part time role alongside her final year of her undergraduate degree increasing her skillset in a more client facing role.
Kate’s role at Jones Whyte provides variety as she has involvement throughout the Private Client department, allowing her to continue to grow her legal knowledge whilst always being challenged with something new.
