Johann Lam

Johann joined Jones Whyte in 2025 as a Legal Assistant in the Conveyancing team. Johann manages post-settlement processes following the completion of a conveyancing transaction. This includes preparing and coordinating the execution of discharge documents, and registering titles, securities and discharges with Registers of Scotland, and ensuring all records are up to date. Johann plays a key part in ensuring that every settlement is fully and correctly concluded, providing a seamless transition from completion to final registration.
