Joanne Brown

Joanne is the Admin Team Leader for the Bereavement Team. Along with her colleagues, she makes sure the department runs smoothly to allow for the best possible client experience. 

 Joanne and her team handle all mail, filing, printing and indexing, supporting the solicitors to be as efficient as possible as they carry out work on behalf of individuals and families. 

 She has also worked as a personal assistant in banking and as a housing administrator.
