Jennifer Hepburn

Jennifer is the People and Operations Manager at Jones Whyte. Along with her team, she is focused on making sure the firm continues to employ the best possible talent and that staff are up-to-date with training, to guarantee the best possible experience for clients. 

Jennifer has 22 years experience in the legal sector and is a fully qualified paralegal. She has worked in conveyancing, family law and the setting up of trusts. 

More recently, Jennifer has been working in management and operations. She is involved in the recruitment of the highest quality staff and has set up a training academy within the firm to ensure continued development of employees. 

Jennifer is a key part of the successful team which led to Jones Whyte winning both the Scottish Legal Awards and Law Awards of Scotland ‘Firm of the Year’ in 2021 and to its continuing success as one of Scotland’s fastest growing law firms.
