Jannifer Hepburn

Jennifer Hepburn is the People and Operations Manager at Jones Whyte.

Jennifer transferred to Jones Whyte as part of the acquisition of McClure Solicitors in 2021, having worked with McClure since 2002.

Prior to that, Jennifer studied at Glasgow Caledonian University and gained a BA (Hons) in Business Studies before embarking on her career in the legal world. During her time at McClure Jennifer gained experience in various legal teams, achieving Paralegal status, before taking on new challenges in the Management and Operations side of the company.

Jennifer initially worked in Operations on the transition to Jones Whyte before moving to oversee the People function at the beginning of 2022. Jennifer works with a small team of people in the areas of Recruitment, Induction, HR, Training and Development to both attract and retain high-quality people at the company.
