Ian McNaull

Ian is responsible for delivering the financial and operational performance of Jones Whyte through the leadership of the business support functions and legal departments.

Ian joined Jones Whyte as Director of Operations & Strategy in August 2019 from Rolls-Royce where he spent 10 years working in engineering, operations and latterly as Sales Director for the Middle East and Africa.

Using change management and performance improvement initiatives, linked to Jones Whyte’s strategic goals, Ian helps to deliver solutions to complex business problems. With an approach centered on maximising client value & experience, Ian is an advocate of a people-centred high-performance culture.
