Ian McNaull

Ian is the Operations and Strategy Director at Jones Whyte. He is in charge of making sure the firm continues to provide the best possible service for clients. 

Ian works with colleagues to maintain the highest standards of customer service. He takes the lead on performance management and establishes strategies to ensure the best quality talent continue to choose to work for Jones Whyte. 

He is also focused on business analytics and strategic governance, taking advantage of opportunities to continue to grow and develop the firm. 

Ian has organised and managed Jones Whyte through a period of major growth, using technology, new systems of work and people-oriented initiatives.  

He is a key part of the successful team which led to Jones Whyte winning both the Scottish Legal Awards and Law Awards of Scotland ‘Firm of the Year’ in 2021 and to its continuing success as one of Scotland’s fastest growing law firms.
