AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Helena works within the Bereavement team dealing with the administration of Trusts following the death of a Settlor. She also works on Executry cases which involves assisting the Executor(s) of a Will in applying for a Grant of Confirmation and engathering the assets in the Estate. The most rewarding part of Helena’s role is offering legal support and guidance to families during what is a very difficult time for them following the death of a loved one.
