Heather Ovens

Heather Ovens is a Client Services Advisor in Jones Whyte's Estate Planning team. She supports clients with Wills, Power of Attorney, and Trust enquiries, providing clear, practical guidance tailored to each individual's circumstances. Heather draws on her BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Glasgow, believing that just as we protect the planet, we must also safeguard the communities and families within it. She is driven by the goal of making a meaningful difference each day, aiming to assist families with guidance to help them plan for the future.

Heather joined Jones Whyte in November 2025, bringing years of experience in client-facing roles across customer service, call centres, and hospitality, including work supporting communities during the Covid-19 Test and Protect service. Her diverse background has strengthened her communication and problem-solving skills, which she applies daily to help clients navigate complex estate planning decisions with confidence.
