Hayley Caldwell

Hayley is the People Projects Co-ordinator within the People team at Jones Whyte. She has experience across multiple operations and people roles from Reception to Talent Acquisition, where she brought in a huge number of talented solicitors and crucial support staff, playing a key part in the firms recent growth.

In her role as People Projects Advisor, Hayley works closely with the Director of People and the wider People team, taking ownership of strategic projects across talent, engagement, learning and people operations to help drive the firm's People ambition forward.
