Hayley Caldwell

Hayley has worked in customer service roles since leaving education at 19. Hayley has always enjoyed giving & working towards providing the best possible experience for clients as it is something that she likes to experience herself outside of work.  The Legal Sector has always been an area of keen interest for Hayley.

Hayley first started at a legal firm in Edinburgh back in 2014 as a receptionist and within a couple of years was managing the appointment setting team and relocating to Glasgow. This has given Hayley the experience & understanding to move into a management role at Jones Whyte in which her teams provide support for the whole firm.
