Gillian Cogan

Gillian is the Operations, Risk and Compliance Manager at Jones Whyte. She specialises in customer experience and ensuring clients receive the gold-standard care the firm prides itself on. 

 As well as focusing on customer experience, Gillian also works on Jones Whyte’s regulatory compliance and risk management. 

 Gillian has worked in the legal sector for more than 20 years and was previously a client relationship manager for legal services at one of the UK’s largest banks. She is a Data Protection Officer and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Risk and Governance Manager. 

Gillian is a key part of the successful team which led to Jones Whyte winning both the Scottish Legal Awards and Law Awards of Scotland ‘Firm of the Year’ in 2021 and to its continuing success as one of Scotland’s fastest growing law firms.
